"No problems."
I must say, I personally had not problem with Light in The Box. I bought from them a few years ago and although it took some time to arrive,the items were all good quality and I felt,worth the money I would take issue with certain other similar companies though.

"Not so giant wall clock"
Ordered a giant wall clock. What arrived had numbers smaller than those pictured. The customer service team helped resolve the matter.

"Gambled and it worked out!"
So after reading the reviews on here I really didn’t want to buy from light in the box but they were literally the only website that had the item I wanted.
I took the gamble and ordered it! And I have to admit the service was great. Yes, the item is from China so the quality isn’t great (not too bothered as it’s a jokey gift) and i ordered XXXL after looking at the dimensions which is a good job I did as it’s would have been too small.
The company lost my parcel in transit (I didn’t even know) but emailed me to tell me that they had and another one was on its way. I followed the parcel from the app and it arrived when it said. Can’t really complain with the service! Probably took 10 days to come which they stated, and it’s cheap and cheerful which I expected. Can’t moan ✅

I bought a cycling top from them and received it 15 days after ordering in Switzerland. Really comfortable and nice to wear.

So after reading all these reviews im really nervous! i made a purchase today aug 22, im moving out of state on september 20th! will my item arrive before then? thats almost a whole month! i wouldnt mind a wait other then i will no longer be living at the address i have put and dont have an exact address to switch over. i paid an extra fee for a faster delivery. hope that helps.

Are the clothes asian sizes?

Is the only way to contact them by opening an after sale ticket ? i have a problem writing my address there is no enough space for me to write the full address and i tried everything to contact them i asked them on face book and they told me that i should open a ticket but the thing is i can only open one if i already ordered from them and this is my first order ! the customer services is very bad you should have an online chat or at lest an email for pr-sale questions
