I’ve ordered from sites like LightInTheBox before, so I kind of expected the prices to be reasonable, and they were. I picked up a few items, but the shipping cost ended up being higher than I thought once I got to checkout. The package did arrive without any issues though, and the tracking worked fine for me. I just wish the shipping was a little cheaper. Overall, not a bad experience.

"So much to choose from"
I’m sure I spent more time browsing Lightinthebox than I planned to. They have a little bit of everything — clothes, shoes, home stuff, and probably more that I didn’t even get to yet. It took me a while to decide what to buy, but I guess that’s not the worst problem to have.

"Pretty good jacket, sizing was close"
I ordered a jacket from LightInTheBox and I was a little nervous about the sizing. I can’t even remember if I checked the size chart before or after placing the order, but I did end up going by it and it was actually accurate when the jacket showed up. The sleeves are maybe a tiny bit long, or at least they seemed that way when I first tried it on, but it’s really not a big deal. Overall I’m happy with it and just took off one star for the sleeve length

"Payment was smooth for me"
I used my card on LightInTheBox and it went fine, I didn’t see any weird charges afterward and the checkout looked like the usual secure payment page, then the confirmation came through quickly, I still usually prefer PayPal just because it makes me feel a little safer, but for this order the card payment was smooth enough so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Good overall experience"
I’ve ordered from LightInTheBox a few times and it’s been good. Most of the things I wanted were in stock, which I appreciated. One color was sold out when I checked back later, but they still showed other options to choose from. Shipping was about what I expected, nothing unusual. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give 4 stars since the stock is generally good, just not perfect every time.

Checkout was easy for me, and the pages loaded quickly the whole way through. I also liked that the shipping cost showed up before I had to pay, so there weren’t any surprises. It would be even better if they added a few more payment options, but overall I’d say it’s worth trying

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times everything showed up fine. The shipping wasn’t the fastest, but compared to some other places where tracking is basically useless, theirs actually worked and I could keep an eye on the package. The items were close enough to what I expected, so overall I’d say it was a decent experience and I’d probably order again.

So after reading all these reviews im really nervous! i made a purchase today aug 22, im moving out of state on september 20th! will my item arrive before then? thats almost a whole month! i wouldnt mind a wait other then i will no longer be living at the address i have put and dont have an exact address to switch over. i paid an extra fee for a faster delivery. hope that helps.

Are the clothes asian sizes?

Is the only way to contact them by opening an after sale ticket ? i have a problem writing my address there is no enough space for me to write the full address and i tried everything to contact them i asked them on face book and they told me that i should open a ticket but the thing is i can only open one if i already ordered from them and this is my first order ! the customer services is very bad you should have an online chat or at lest an email for pr-sale questions
